![]() ![]() I used build redux in order to get into gaming on PC's. ![]() I am just happy that the shop and I finally came to an agreement. Of course, the miscommunication between the shop and me could have been prevented, but in the end, we are all human beings. If someone is to blame here, it is probably Asus. This was a pure roller-coaster trip! I am glad, the shop could manage it. Finally, the shop was able to solve the problem for me and now processed the refund. Of course, the shop was also very surprised about this, which has led to a lot of miscommunication among all three parties. But I followed their instructions at hand. I found this extremely weird since the inquiry was made with Asus and not the shop. As the refund was processed, they told me that I have to contact the shop in order to get my money back. After two other replacements, Asus offered me a refund. The new monitor suffered from the same problem (in fact, it was even worse!), and I contacted Asus once again. Asus replied extremely fast and offered me a replacement right away. Since I knew that some panels can be fixed by a firmware update, I asked the shop and Asus for a fix. The advertised FreeSync feature was unusable due to flickering - which is not uncommon for VA panels, but here it was too extreme. Sadly, the monitor came with some issues. After roughly two weeks, I asked them about my delivery. Unfortunately, it took them roughly 3 weeks to deliver the monitor. I have ordered an Asus monitor at this shop. My experience with this shop is mediocre to decent. Final Edit: I was called back the same day i did the last edit, and this time I spoke to a different person who kept the promise and refunded me 1 hour later. 1 week later still no response, no refund and no more answering the calls. LE: 3 days after the initial review I managed to speak to someone with the promise that I will receive a response that same day. 3 days after - still no refund and being again ignored when asking for any updates since the failure has happened within the 30 days of the reflection period. I sent another email confirming that I had already replaced the failed one and I want a refund - only to get a reply that "it's been checked one last time and after, I will receive the refund" - Good (I thought). After 1 week of trying to call/chat/WhatsApp/email I decided to send it back anyway and the same day I got a response that it was received and checked upon. I tried to contact customer support on the issue to know what are the steps for a replacement/refund - I got ignored.
